Failed Payments
 
If you experience failed payments, please contact your bank in order to solve the issue. Some cards don’t support international payments and that could be the reason why your payments don’t go through.
 
 
 
 

Can I Change My Address?

Please make sure that your address is correct before placing your order. The package is processed and shipped the next business day, and changes cannot be made after 5pm CET on the day that you placed your order. If you’ve put in the wrong address, just wait for the package to return to us, and we’ll resend it to your correct address.

What Does It Mean When the Item Is on Back-Order?

It means the item is currently out of stock, but is on its way to be refilled by a new shipment coming into the warehouse. If you order an item that says it’s on back-order, it means that you’re first in-line for the new inventory. Your item will be shipped to you as soon as we get the new stock.

Can I cancel My Order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before the order goes into processing.

You must contact us before 5pm CET on the day of your order, so that the order can be cancelled before the order goes into processing. However, we will NOT be able to cancel orders placed between 12am and 5am CET, as orders process or ship during this time. Unfortunately, if your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.
If you do not contact us in time to cancel your order, you may still return your order and receive a full refund as long as the Return & Exchange Policy has been followed. Check out our Return & Exchange Policy here.(Please NOTE that fees such as additional shipping charges, duties, customs, overdraft, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will NOT be reimbursed.)

What do I do if the tracking information shows that my parcel was delivered, but I haven’t received my order?

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact courier at number above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
