Can I Return My Order?

We are more than happy to help you with any returns within the 30 days Return Period as long as the extensions has NOT been worn, tampered with, or been removed from its original package.
DO NOT break the security seal on the main package. If the security seal has been broken, we are unable to process a refund for you.

Why Are Estelles Secret Clip-In Hair Extensions Non-Refundable If Opened?

It’s all about hygiene, and we take no chances when it comes to this matter. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. As we take public safety very seriously, we DO NOT ALLOW open items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. It’s nice to know that we are not alone in doing so as many hair extension suppliers also do not allow returns on opened items for the same reasons.

How Do I Return My Item?

We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and provide you with our return address where the return items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All Estelles Secret Extensions must be shipped back UNOPENED in its original packaging. The packaging must not be defaced in any way, or a return will not be issued. Only the smaller pocket providing the sample hair may be opened. All hair pieces must return back in their original state, including hair samples. If any of the hair pieces is defaced in any way your package will ship back to you.

Can I Return My Item without Contacting Estelles Secret or Getting an RMA?

No, you must contact us prior to sending your return. The RMA (that we issue you with) facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE: refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be directly accepted at our warehouse facility.

Do I Pay for the Shipping of My Return?

You are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. We also recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as we won’t be responsible for any lost returns.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as we have received and inspected that the returned hair extensions have NOT been worn, tampered with, or been removed from its original package.
If the security seal has been broken, we are unable to process a refund for you.

How Long Is the Return Period?

We will provide a full refund on UNOPENED hair extensions within industry leading (thirty) 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
