Kim Kardashian’s hair gives most of us ladies some serious hair envy. It is always on point! Whether she wears it straight, in her signature ponytail, or curled, it’s always so shiny, thick, and glamorous. But hair envy no more ladies! I’m going to show you guys how to accomplish two quick and easy Kim Kardashian looks. No longer do you have to wonder how her hair looks so voluminous day after day, now, yours will look just as full and gorgeous. Oh, and don’t worry….it’s our little secret!
- Your choice of Estelle’s Secret 22” Clip-In Hair Extensions Set
- Big sized curling wand
- Heat protectant spray
- Hair clips
- Hairspray
ESTELLE’S SECRET CLIP-IN EXTENSIONS GIVE YOUR HAIR A VOLUMINOUS TOP AND THICK ENDS!
* Just as a note, to apply your extensions, you will be working with 3 parts of your hair: each side and the back half of your head.
STEP 1: START THE BACK
Let’s work with the back half first so go ahead and put the sides into an elastic band or clip to keep them out of the way.
* You will be using the three clip pieces for this section.
STEP 2:PART THE BOTTOM
Ok, start by making a part at the bottom leaving out about an inch of your natural hair, pin up the rest while you apply the first three clip piece.
STEP 3:THREE CLIP PIECE
Add your first three clip piece.
*I recommend brushing between each layer to help blend the colors and to keep the hair nice and neat.
STEP 4:YOUR HAIR
Starting with a ½-inch section from the top, start your French braid.Add another layer of your natural hair.
STEP 5: ALL FOUR CLIPS
Repeat this process until you have used all 4 three clip pieces.
* Time to move to the sides! For each side, you will be using 1 two clip piece and 2 one clip pieces.
STEP 6:START THE SIDES
On one side, starting at the bottom, leave out a couple inches of your natural hair.
STEP 7: TWO CLIP PIECE
Apply 1 two clip piece to your hair, don’t forget to brush between each layer!
STEP 8:ANOTHER LAYER
Add another layer of your natural hair.
STEP 9:ONE CLIP PIECE
Apply a one clip piece, then add more of your natural hair, and finally one last one piece clip.
STEP 10:REPEAT
Repeat the same process on the remaining side.
STEP 11:BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH!
Brush all the hair together for a smooth and sleek look.
* You can leave your hair like this for the straight Kim Kardashian look.
FOR A THE MORE GLAMOROUS KIM KARDASHIAN LOOK, LET’S CURL YOUR HAIR!
STEP 1: CURL AWAY
Use a big sized curling wand and start curling your hair away from your face.
* I recommend using a heat protectant spray whenever you are applying heat to your hair or extensions.
STEP 2: PIN IT
Release each curl into your hand and pin each curl up using a big hair clip.
* Although it is better to not use too much product in your hair, you are welcome to use a light hairspray for extra hold.
STEP 3: CONTINUE CURLING
Continue to curl all of your hair backward away from your face.
STEP 4:REMOVE PINS
Now, you can take all the pins out but only if all of your hair has completely cooled down!
STEP 5:COMPLETE THE LOOK
Brush your beautiful curls thoroughly, down and back, for a soft, glamorous look!
